Jess Wilson, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, brings her love for fitness and expansive knowledge of the health and fitness industry to members at University Park Country Club. Jess majored in Kinesiology and minored in Nutrition at Francis Xavier University. Jess teaches many of our fitness classes and is available for personal training.
