Lawn Games At University Park
Lawn game enthusiasts have found their home at University Park Country Club. Featuring a world-class croquet greensward, Bocce and Pétanque courts and two regulation horseshoe pits, you'll find no shortage of activities to fill your free time. University Park Country Club members will appreciate all levels of play from beginner to professional.
Members Enjoy the Following Activities
Croquet
University Park Country Club boasts one of the few world-class croquet greenswards in the area. A member of the US Croquet Association, we host the annual Can-Am Croquet Tournament each February, plus regional and local tournaments. Equipment is available at no charge and free instruction is offered Fridays during season.
Bocce & Pétanque
Bocce and Pétanque are new additions to the growing list of activities offered by University Park. Use of courts is a privilege enjoyed by all members. Equipment is available at no charge and is stored courtside. Leagues are currently forming for the upcoming season, with sign-up sheets posted in the Fitness Centre.
Horseshoes
A pair of regulation-sized horseshoe pits round out the lawn games recreation area at the Tennis & Fitness Centre. There is no charge to play horseshoes and the shoes are stored courtside. Horseshoe leagues are currently forming for the upcoming season. You'll find sign up sheets posted in the Fitness Centre.
